The Nétive VMS Manager App allows you to manage your contingent workforce whenever you want, wherever you are.

Just log in with your existing Nétive VMS account and have direct access to all relevant employee and current assignment information. Check your assigned tasks, and review and approve weekly timecards, simply by using your mobile phone.

Please note that in order to be able to use this app you need to be a registered Nétive VMS user. Secondly, access to Nétive VMS through this app must be enabled for your account. Please contact your IT Department or internal hiring organisation for more information.

Nétive VMS Manager is an add-on product for Nétive VMS, our integrated “Software-as-a-Service” solution, which controls the entire workforce hiring process. From job description to the invoice approval: all steps of the hiring process are neatly and transparently supported for all employees involved with the management of contingent workforce.

We support the complete management of job requisitions, contracts, compliance requirements, time reporting and invoicing. Our solution offers the possibility to control the entire hiring process. We configure the solution to match the maturity of your program and general hiring practice. Because of the modular set up, our solutions grow with the organisation, in line with its developing needs as well as changes in the market.

Nétive VMS is suitable for internal and outsourced hiring desks, master vendor models and for organisations that want to consider implementing one of these solutions in the future. Hiring desks and master vendors can manage multiple organisations within one environment, at the same time. Our solution, including advanced dashboarding and reporting, can be fully used through a web browser.
